Humberto, Roberto & Iacopo

are empowering vacation rental owners in Latin America.

About Naya Homes

Naya Homes is building an end-to-end vacation rental platform and hospitality company that helps homeowners and real estate developers maximize the financial returns of their assets and remove their operating burden while providing guests with magical stays. Through technology they fundamentally improve every aspect of the property management and hospitality business, and as they continue to scale we are uniquely positioned to leverage their data and community to unlock a new asset class in LatAm.

Why Now

Latin America as a travel destination has grown significantly (Airbnb saw as 23% increase in rentals in the region in Q4 ‘22, with Mexico being one of the two strongest markets). Americans own more than 500K second homes in Mexico alone yet their options for property management are limited and unsophisticated.Naya is focused on the high growth LatAm market, which has potential to ultimately deliver higher revenue with lower costs.
